Protection
of your personal data is a priority for us. We process your information solely
in accordance with EU and Austrian privacy laws (DSGVO, TKG 2003).
If you share personally identifiable data with us either by
our website or email, this will only be used for correspondence or for the purposes
which you intended. We assure you that your personally identifiable information
will not be shared with third parties, other than if statutes requires us to do
so.
The information you provide will only be stored 12 months or until we have
fulfilled the purposes for which it was intended. Insofar as statutes require
us to store information for a specific period, we will comply with such legal
requirements. If you no longer agree to our storing your personally
identifiable information, upon your direction we will delete such information.
If any of your personal information has changed in the meantime, we will
correct such information pursuant to your notification..

After receiving your request, we will confirm your booking
in writing. Your holiday cabin will be guaranteed upon receipt of 40% of the
total booking cost.
On arrival day, please be aware that your cabin will only be
available for check-in after 2 PM.
Cancellation conditions
Free cancellation of reservations is only possible up to 12 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Bookings are handled in compliance with Austrian hotel contracting conditions (ÖHVB).
If you wish to be certain you are covered for all eventualities, we recommend purchasing holiday cancellation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung.
- Free cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival
- 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: the cancellation penalty is 40% of the total cost of your stay
- 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the total cost
- during the final week prior to arrival: 90% of the total cost
