The cabin is made of wood and very comfortably furnished.
Our bedrooms with rustic pine furniture promise an utterly comfortable night's sleep and all-round relaxation. Here you can learn more about the positive effects of pine wood.
From the living area, in winter you can look through 2 observation windows at the animals in the neighboring barn .
In summer, the cabin is surrounded by a fenced-in garden with a wooden drinking well. Our guests are also welcome to make use of garden seating, recliners as well as a grill (please bring your own charcoal).

If desired, guests of our self-catering cabins also have use of the so-called "Blade". Blade is a new, uncomplicated system that allows you to enjoy your own freshly tapped beer.
You can borrow the equipment for the duration of your stay (only with advance notice) - the beer itself is provided by the Galsterbergalmhütte.

Upon receipt of your request, we will first confirm your
booking in writing.
Reservations
Your cabin booking will be guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit equivalent to 40% of the total cost of your stay.
Check-in & Check-out
Please be aware that your holiday cabin will
only be available for check-in after 2 PM.
Check-out: 9 AM.
Cancellation conditions
Free cancellation of reservations is only possible up to 12 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Bookings are handled in compliance with Austrian hotel contracting conditions (ÖHVB).
If you wish to be certain you are covered for all eventualities, we recommend purchasing holiday cancellation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung.
- Free cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival
- 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: the cancellation penalty is 40% of the total cost of your stay
- 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the total cost
- during the final week prior to arrival: 90% of the total cost
